Evercrest Technologies, the company behind KelpDAO, has filed a civil claim against LayerZero and its co-founder over the April rsETH bridge exploit that drained $292 million. The lawsuit alleges LayerZero reviewed and endorsed the vulnerable bridge configuration, though these allegations have not yet been proven in court.
